Alexander Rybak is finally back in Valdres, and we get to hear him in collaboration with Felix Peikli and his jazz band - look forward to timeless classical gems in a new and exciting jazz guise.

Opus13 is something as rare as an internationally award-winning Norwegian/Swedish string quartet. They open the concert with the festival's recurring composer Schubert with his famous quartet movement in C minor.

Every year, Ung Filharmoni brings great symphonic experiences to our festival audience, and this year we will hear nothing less than Prokofiev's immortal music for Romeo and Juliet.

The opening concert is the concert everyone will enjoy, which demonstrates the musical range of Valdres Sommersymfoni!

Alexander Rybak kommer!   Opus 13 kommer!

Both Alexander Rybak and Opus 13 will perform at this year's opening concert
